Welcome To AchaySathi (Good Friends)
Purpose Of This Site Is To Help Save Time While Earning The Highest Rewards!
All praise is due to Allah. We praise Him, seek for his assistance and forgiveness and we seek refuge with Him from evils of our souls and our misdeeds. No one can mislead whosoever Allah guides and none can guide whosoever Allah causes to go astray.
I testify that there is no deity worth of worship except Allah alone. He has no partner. I also testify that Muhammed is His slave and Messenger.
Information and ideas on our site is taken from various sources, some 100% verbatim, from sites listed on our site for you to visit and enjoy. We hope that these links will be good sources for references and for further learning experiences. I ask Allah the Almighty for forgiveness for you and me and may Allah allows all Muslims to enter Jannah and remain there. Ameen.
Purpose of our site: While much information is available in thousands of books and online on many websites and portals, including on many Muslim sites and many you tube videos that educate Muslims on how to conduct themselves, our intention was to just simplify and condense the information in a simple and step-by-step manner under one roof, so that our users can benefit whenever they want to gain: (a) self-motivation (b) self-confidence, (c) self-respect, (d) self-esteem, (e) self-tolerance, (f) learn how to deliver Jumma Khutbahs, (g) discover the purpose of being on earth, (h) get inspired by Quranic quotes, (i) Learn how to make our lives more meaningful (j) learn how to be closer to our Creator (Allah), and (k) learn why and how to choose "good" actions versus "bad".
To really feel the inspriation and be influenced by Islam, we also wanted to remind all Muslims, especially children, to practice our Salah, Zikr, and Dua's with meaning, understanding and feelings to get closer to Allah and to learn the Quranic Duas with meaning so that next time when you recite them, you actually mean what you are saying. In order to feel the full impact on what we say, thoughts and feelings must be connected fully. Speaking correctly and slowly with passion, caring, feelings and with meanings about what is being recited will help you connect with the Creator.
In addition to the above, we also wanted to focus only on the Actions that are the heaviest on the scale on the day of judgement and remind everyone (a) how to be good, (b) how to be close to Allah, (c) How to have a pious character and conduct, and (d) how to go to Jannah
If we did this consistently and systematically, then the true power and influence of Allah’s sacred words will touch our hearts – when this happens, it will change us, it will transform us from what we are to what Allah wants us to become. We need to allow Allah’s words to polish our hearts and improve our actions, then guaranteed Allah will help us. It must begin within ourselves, as Allah will not change our condition until we change what is within ourselves.
If we understood that all our prayers, our sacrifices, our lives, our death is all for Allah, the Lord of all the world – then we have achienved our purpose. The more we reflect deeply on the meaning and think of the meaning , the more our salah, our dua, our dhikr will change our lives for the better. This understanding will generate a complete transformation in the way we think and feel about ourselves and our responsibilities to others. True faith, true iman, does not enter someone’s heart without improving it, without beautifying it. So, if we want our lives to be improved, to be beautified, then we should begin by learning the meanings of all that we recite in Arabic with so much skill and elegance. We need to be absolutely sincere to Allah (SWT).
Unless we know what we are saying, feeling and doing, our effeorts will lack complete sincerity and our hearts cannot be moved and our behaviour will not improve. In islam, people who think and reflect are highly valued above those who simply follow without thinking, without reflection and therefore without insight into the deeper meanings of life. According to Malik Badri's book, always remember that the Contemplation is worth much more than XXX nights of prayers! (Most of the above verbatim verbiage is taken from brother Arshad Gamiet's Juma Khutbah at Khutbahbank.org, called "Worship With Understanding")
