Develop a “Muslim” Psychology
In order to do anything in life or even think, humans
must first self-evaluate by doing some deep thinking
about the 5-W’s and an H; i.e., What, When, Who, Why,
Where, and How?
Deep thinking can only be done when one decides to make a
“change” in their life and “stop” just living the same way.
First sit and think about these questions:
“What are humans living for? “,
“When did humans come on earth?”,
Who created earth and the humans?”,
Why” were humans created?”,
Where did humans live before earth was created?”, and
How long more do we have to live?”
Correct answers to these questions, with proof, will help
anyone develop a “Muslim” Psychology and feel
“connected” to our Creator and become “good”!
Detailed answers to the above questions have already been
discussed by many, and so our purpose is not to educate or
go into details. We only want our readers to realize the
following 12 thought-provoking facts:
(1) Allah (SWT) created the universe, including earth and
other planets, angels, shaiytan, humans, jinns, animals,
and everything and everyone, including every single
atom. Allah (SWT) created everything and everyone in
“pairs” and “unique” from each other, in such a way
that opposite compliments the other.

(2) Based on skills, capacity, resources, powers, and
abilities, there is a unique purpose for every being in
this universe, including humans. Allah gave some
creatures more and others less of abilities and powers
and as a result, some require more of same things that
others may not need or want. Some have different
tasks and responsibility than others. Allah (SWT) wants
humans to know where each one fits by following the
instructions for each in the Quran (the last Holy Book
for all humans) and by listening to Allah’s commands
in the Quran. One command is to accept that the
Prophet Muhammed (PBUH) is Allah’s last messenger
and Allah (SWT) has asked all humans to follow the
Prophet’s ways, sayings, and his overall life. What he
did is known as “Sunnah” and what he said is known as
“Hadith”.
(3) So, how do we know what our job description and the
job specification are? EVERYTHING is explained in the
Quran! Allah revealed his last Book “Quran” to the
Prophet Muhammed (PBUH) and asked him to ask the
people to follow it and if something is not explained in
the book explicitly, then Allah (SWT) told the Prophet
directly, how to deal with each situation and what to do
and when and where and by whom and what to do in
every situation. This is why it’s important to follow the
Sunnah and the Hadiths. Without them, one cannot
Worship Allah (SWT) the way Allah (SWT) wants humans
to! Look at it like this: just like a manufacturer writes
the instructional book and sends you to their YouTube
video to watch and learn from, Allah (SWT) created the
final manual called the “Quran” and to help its users
(humans), Allah (SWT) set a human “perfect model”
example in the form of our Prophet Muhammed (PBUH).
This is why the Prophet is so beloved to us because he
Compiled and Prepared by AchaySathi.com Page 4
listened to Allah (SWT) in every way (through the Quran
and direct messages from the Creator) and applied it
so perfectly in his life that to this day, no one is able to
even match it! There’s a famous saying: “there’s
always room for improvement” because Shaiytan is
present and will do his best for us to not be perfect.
But Allah (SWT) is Merciful and Forgiving, and says that
humans should do their best with good intentions and
any mistakes they make, Allah (SWT) will forgive us!
(4) Yes, all humans worship Allah(SWT) and are asked
believe in what Allah(SWT) has asked to believe in,
including that the Prophet Muhammed (PBUH) is the
last and our prophet and Allah(SWT) has asked us to
please our Prophet(SWT) and listened to our parents! If
we please our Prophet (PBUH) and listen to our parents,
that is same thing as “Pleasing” Allah (SWT)!
(5) Before humans were created, Angels lived close to
Allah in Jannah and the Jinns (creation of Allah, made
by fire, un-visible to humans) used to live on earth and
one of the jinns used to frequently be close to the
angels and used to visit them, and was really a good
worshipper of Allah (SWT) and as a result, Allah (SWT)
allowed this one-Jinn to start living in the Heaven
alongside the Angels. They all Worship Allah (SWT) all
the time, to this day! That’s all they do, other than
whatever tasks Allah (SWT) has assigned them. They
do NOT have the same brain as humans or unique
features or desires Allah made them so they can only
take the orders.
(6) One day, Allah (SWT) decided to create a different and
unique creation that was us! Humans. He created
humans very differently with a body, mind, soul,
Compiled and Prepared by AchaySathi.com Page 5
desires, wishes, needs, wants, ability to think and
reason and decide what is good and bad. Like all other
Allah’s creation, Allah (SWT) also wanted humans to
Worship Allah (SWT) all the time. Therefore, we know
that the humans were created ONLY to Worship Allah
(SWT) and no one else.
(7) Allah (SWT) loves humans and so he wanted to keep
them close to Him in Jannah (Heaven). So the first
human-creation of Allah (SWT) was Hazrath Adam (A.S.)
and to help him not feel lonely, Allah created his wife
Bibi Hawwa (A.S.). Allah (SWT) told them to live freely
in their Home in Jannah and do whatever they like as
long as they listened to Allah explicitly and not to do
one-thing: which was to not eat a fruit from a forbidden
tree.
(8) Shaiytan persuaded them to eat and as a punishment,
Allah (SWT) sent them both on earth. After crying and
begging Allah (SWT) for a long time, Allah (SWT)
forgave them and told them, they can return, if they
can continue to live on earth and prove that from then
onwards they would NOT listen to Shaiytan. If they
don’t, when they die on earth, Allah (SWT) will bring
back alive again and let them live in Jannah again,
forever.
(9) After Allah (SWT) created humans, Allah ordered all of
the Angels and that one-jinn in the heaven to bow to
the first human created. Everyone followed the order
except for that one-jinn, now known as Iblees or
Shaiytan. He refused and made Allah (SWT) angry.
Allah (SWT) wanted to punish him but he asked Allah
(SWT) to allow him to continue to live and make
Compiled and Prepared by AchaySathi.com Page 6
humans go astray and try to ruin the humans’ lives.
Allah (SWT) decided that he would allow it and test
humans to see if they will continue to follow Allah’s
orders and worship Allah OR listen to Allah’s enemy
and so Allah told Iblees (shaiytan) that whoever listens
to Shaiytan, will burn in hell forever with him and
whoever listens only to Allah (SWT) will then go back to
their home in Jannah.
(10) Over the many years, since the humans came on
earth, every time people were bad, Allah (SWT) sent
Prophets to help them bring back on the right path but
only a few listened and so Allah (SWT) punished the
rest by giving them warning first. When they still
didn’t listen, Allah (SWT) punished them and replaced
them with new humans. Cycle continued and still does
to this day. After Allah (SWT) sent the last Prophet
Muhammed (PBUH), Allah said that he will not send
anymore Prophets and that would be one of the first
signs that the Day of Judgment (end of earth) is near.
Allah (SWT) sent Prophet Muhammed (PBUH) as an
example and a living proof sample for an “ideal-human”
in Allah’s eyes. Allah revealed the Quran to Prophet
Muhammed (PBUH) and asked him to follow it and ask
his followers to do the same. Since then, humans tasks
changed and not only we have to Worship Allah by
listening to his orders and do whatever Allah has
written in Quran but also follow our Prophet
Muhammed (PBUH) in every way (how he lived his life
(Sunnah) and what he said (Hadith) when he was here
on earth.
(11) Allah (SWT) loved Prophet Muhammed (PBUH) so
much as Allah (SWT) listened to him and allowed
humans to only pray 5-times per day rather than 50 or
more times per day, so that people can also look after
Compiled and Prepared by AchaySathi.com Page 7
their physiological needs while on earth and have no
hardship. This is just one minute reason why we
should love our Prophet (SAW)!
(12) It is also important to remember that ever since
the events above took place, many years have passed,
and different generations have come and gone on earth
and the “testthat started with the first humans, still
remains. We are all here to be “tested” to see if we will
listen to Allah (SWT) by Worshipping Him ONLY or will
we listen to Shaiytan. How long is this test for? No one
but Allah (SWT) knows. When will this world end? No
one but Allah (SWT) knows. We do know this, that it
can end anytime! Therefore, we do not have much
time to “change” and become “good”. Allah has
promised that whoever is living on earth and does any
wrong, Allah (SWT) will forgive them as long as they do
not do it again and continue to Worship only Allah
(SWT) and no one or nothing else! However, if earth
finishes or we die, then it is too late! Then, Allah (SWT)
will decide our fate based on what we did on earth. If
we did well, we go to Jannah, and if we did badly, we
will go to hell and burn in hell forever with Shaiytan.
Based on all of the above, we now know that:
Allah (SWT) created everything and anything, including
Humans for one purpose only to Worship Allah (SWT) in
everything that we do!
We also now know that nothing can be done without Allah’s
will or approval. Everything happens only by Allah’s will and
when Allah (SWT) wants it to happen and whom he wants it
to happen to. So, if we want peace in our lives and want
happiness and satisfaction that we crave for, the only way
Compiled and Prepared by AchaySathi.com Page 8
Allah (SWT) will allow that to happen IF we listen to Him the
way he wants us to, and no one else!
Our goal in life should be to worship and please Allah
(SWT) and pass this worldly test. Therefore, whatever
happens in this world should not bother us as this is just a
journey towards going back to our original home in Jannah.
We should strive for nothing else but to worship and please
Allah(SWT) in every way we can and let nothing else or no
one else bother us or change our moods and help ourselves
because Allah(SWT) says in the Quran that Allah(SWT) helps
those who help themselves!
So, if we want the self-esteem, self-confidence, self-
motivation and the self-respect to increase and to feel
satisfied and accomplished, then we must do our best every
second and not waste any time!
To be successful and be Achay Sathi (Good Friends), we have
to follow the 5-Pillars of Islam religiously and follow the 3-
Keys to being a good Muslim: they are: Always, remain in
Ghusl because that’s the key to being a good clean human,
always, remain in Wudu because that’s the key to pray,
without which prayers are not answered and always pray 5-
times a day, on-time and completely with full understanding
of the meanings of what we are saying in Arabic. If we do
this, consistently and systematically, we can then be
effective and efficient in our lives and make Allah (SWT)
happy!
If we follow the Muslim Psychology in our lives and keep this
in our minds, every second in our brain, in every activity that
we do, we cannot go astray and will always remain
“connected” to our Lord. The more we are connected, the
easier our lives will be and the happier we will be!

Self-Motivation:
Do you lack desires and ambitions?
Do you feel that nothing is worth it?
Do you feel like giving up?
Find out how you can become better and improve your self-
motivation and how you feel, just by following the simple
tips listed below:
Per Merriam-Webster Dictionary: "Is when someone is
driven by one's own desire and ambitions".
In Islam, we are to eliminate all evil desires & ambitions &
only follow Allah’s desires. If we do this, it can help
"motivate" any human!
To do this, we need to reflect deeply into our lives and think
about human purpose on earth, which is to do what Allah
(SWT) has asked us and to put Allah's desires and ambitions
before our own. Think about “Why Allah prescribed us to
live the way he did and how living by Allah’s rules will help
people. “Actions are by their intentions” (Al Bukhari) this
means with the right intention every action can be an act of
worship; therefore, everything we do, we must do them to
please only Allah and try our best to listen to our parents!
Ibn Mas’ud said that: “The pleasure of the Lord is in the
pleasure of the parents.” (Al-Adab al Mufrad). We also need
to always remember that Shaytan exists and he works
against any kind of success by any Muslim; therefore,
laziness and procrastination are Shaytan’s weapons so don’t
postponed things you can do today, and we must be on
guard to stay motivated!
Dua is the most powerful weapon of the believer. Allah says:
“Call upon me, I will respond. (Quran40:60). No matter what
kind of struggle, Allah’s help is always near. Not only Allah
Compiled and Prepared by AchaySathi.com Page 12
is happy to respond to His slave (as narrated in a hadith in
Tirmidhi), it is also an act of worship to make du’a. We must
make constant efforts to improve self-discipline in all of the
above and stop pleasurable and less effective pursuits.
The easiest way to feel motivated is to:
(a) Stop comparing yourself to others,
(b) make a long-term plan re: who you are and what you
want to become and break it down to smaller daily action list
and follow it,
(c) Start each day fresh with positive mindset and
affirmations,
(d) eat healthy and exercise at least 3-5 times a week, and
(e) Be persevere and never give up and be systematic and
consistent your approach and keep the learning approach
continuous to enrich your mind, body and soul.

Self-Respect:
Do you feel worthless and useless?
Do you feel that no one else respects you the way you’d like?
Do you lack the respect for yourself?
Find out how you can become better and improve your self-
respect by following the simple tips below:
Per Merriam-Webster Dictionary: "Is a proper respect for
oneself as a human being or regard for one's own
standing or position".
As Muslims, we are to have a praiseworthy trait of honour
and not be lowly or humiliate self or be weak. Prophet
(PBUH) said: Whosoever gives ignominy willingly from
himself, not out of coercion, is not from us” (Tabarani).
In Islam, we are to believe and obey Allah in all aspects of
our lives and feel proud every time we do an activity that
pleases Allah, this includes the fact that if we ask Allah for
forgiveness, we must stop what we did wrong and must
believe that Allah (SWT) has forgiven us; this is part of
“believing”. If we don’t believe this, then we don’t really
believe anything! We are to be proud to be lucky to be
“Muslims”, be proud of the Prophet Muhammed (PBUH), be
proud to be part of his followers in every way, be proud of
prayer and fasting, and be proud of overall Muslim lifestyle.
This pride is crucial to have a strong Muslim character. If we
are not pleasing Allah in all what we do, our self-respect
decreases.
To help our self-respect, we need to do some deep thinking
and acknowledge that every Muslim has been blessed by
Allah and has automatically been given a “pride” by Allah in
return for pleasing Him and following everything that relates
to his religion. Therefore, accepting responsibility for your
Compiled and Prepared by AchaySathi.com Page 14
own life and making healthy choices by focusing on what we
"do" daily, helps us to feel respected.
As a first step, you must love, obey and honour Allah & our
Prophet Muhammed(PBH), fear Allah, and then set your
standards to those that Allah has prescribed - this will help
you feel respected. It is important to consistently live within
the boundaries & life priorities that Allah has set and take
actions to perform daily activities.
To do this, treat others are our environment with respect, be
honest and fair to yourself and others; as well, learn
everything you can about the life of our beloved Prophet
Muhammed (PBUH) and apply in your life - make him your
inspiration! Learn to walk away from anything or anyone
who no longer serves you, grows you, or makes you happy.
The easiest way to increase self-respect: you must:
(a) don’t compare yourself to others; instead, be honest and
fair and determine and evaluate your “values” as prescribed
by Allah and Sunnah and know who you are and what’s your
personal “limits” and follow only within those limits and
never settle for less than what you deserve!,
(b) make a plan to decide how you will live your life rather
than reacting to circumstances,
(c) choose your priorities and try to work on areas of life that
will have immediate positive impact on your life and create
specific goals to achieve them even create daily to-do list as
stepping stones,
(d) create accountability by announcing to all, report daily on
your actions and ask for support and feedback,
(e) Ignore your negative fearful thought and feelings about
self-doubts,
(f) daily say positive affirmations to self and speak positive
about yourself change the way you talk and behave about

yourself and act “as if” you are respectable and admirable
person until you feel it,
(g) expect setbacks and keep going,
(h) surround yourself with respectful and respectable people,
(i) take care of your body and exercise regularly to build
confidence,
(j) forgive those who hurt you and don’t dwell on your
mistakes, and
(k) perform self-check as you move forward and don’t stop,
keep going!

Self-Confidence:
Do you feel you have nothing to offer?
Do you feel lack of self-confidence in anything you do?
Find out how you can become better and improve your self-
confidence by following the simple tips below:
Per Merriam-Webster Dictionary: "Confidence in oneself
and in one's powers and abilities."
In Islam, strong self-belief is crucial in realization that every
human has been created equally but with unique powers,
talents, and abilities. This belief becomes stronger when we
remain “connected” to Allah and only follow Allah’s desires
over our own and do everything we can do please Allah
(SWT) and follow the Sunnah of our beloved Prophet
Muhammed (PBUH). This involves, being steadfast in 5 daily
prayers on-time, complete and following the 5-Pillars of
Islam, and asking Allah to help us.
If we do this, it can make us “feel” good about ourselves and
help increase our self-confidence! The easiest way to feel
self-confident is to pray with sincerity and understanding by
focusing on the meaning of what you recite, and every
thought and action we take daily has to be sincere.
To gain further confident, you must first be independent,
ignore all negative thoughts and visualize how you want
to become and use positive affirmations daily, then
follow these easy ways to increase your self-confidence:
(a) read about confidence and create personal boundaries,
(b) write down a list of your strengths and have desire to
pursue something you are good at,
Compiled and Prepared by AchaySathi.com Page 17
(c) set realistic goals and try your best and know you cannot
fail if you satisfy Allah,
(d) plan for risks and mistakes,
(e) make daily to-do lists for tasks to be achieved and try to
do one thing daily that you find the toughest,
(f) have positive self-talks and put 100% trust in Allah,
(g) network with confident and respectful people,
(h) be down to earth and help others,
(i) exercise and sleep well and take care of your body and
mind, and
(j) make this special dua to improve your faith and
character. Dua will give you the strength to be confident and
productive: (Moses) said: “My Lord! Expand for me by breast
(with assurance). And ease for me my task. And untie the
knot from my tongue. That they may understand my
speech.” (Quran: 20:25-28)

Self-Esteem:
Do you unhappy with whatever you do?
Do you give up easily? Do you feel you don’t know how
to do things and feel lost?
Find out how you can become better and improve your
self-esteem by following the simple tips below:
Per Merriam-Webster Dictionary: "Is a confidence and
satisfaction in oneself".
In Islam, you “feel” good when you are truly “connected” with
your Creator. Feeling good leads to satisfaction. To
connect effectively and efficiently one must be consistent
and systematic with positive attitude and be an active
participant in your own life and grow from your own
experiences. As well, focus on understanding the meaning
of Salah, zikr and dua’s is crucial in one’s full satisfaction
and the more you “feel” the “connection” between you and
Allah (SWT), the more you feel the confidence that all will be
fine as Allah will be there to help whenever needed.
Following the Sunnah of our beloved Prophet Muhammed
(PBUH) also increases the inner satisfaction and the
confidence. Muslims must always be grateful to Allah for
everything and not complain or be negative and apply
positive thinking. Muslims must also be steadfast in 5 daily
prayers on-time, complete and follow the 5-Pillars of Islam,
and ask Allah daily to help. This allows you to evaluate your
personal life, develop a Muslim psychology by spending time
with people who are already have high self-esteem, develop
positive skills and habits, and helps you keep up with your
personal grooming. These are the foundation of building
self-esteem to help you “value” your worth and “appreciate”
this life.
Compiled and Prepared by AchaySathi.com Page 19
If you do this, it can make you “feel” good about yourself
and help increase your confidence and satisfaction which
helps increase the self-esteem!
The easiest way to feel self-esteem is to pray with
sincerity and understanding by focusing on the meaning
of what you recite, and every thought and action we take
daily has to be sincere. To increase self-esteem further,
you need to "value and appreciate" yourself by being
realistic and focusing on how you think about yourself
and how you treat yourself and others.
To become better at this, you need to consistently "self-
evaluate" and "focus on applying" Allah's instructions for
humans and standards set by our Prophet Muhammed
(PBUH), then:
(a) work on your areas of improvement in life,
(b) develop more positive skills, habits and projects,
(c) practice healthy self-care including healthy “hand-
slaughtered-halal” diet and regular exercise,
(d) get all your needs met in a healthy manner,
(e) master the art of speaking without getting angry or
always being empathetic and sincere,
(f) focus on your accomplishments,
(g) look inside yourself rather than external self or others,
and
(h) engage in positive mental vision.

O Allah, You are my Lord, none has the right to be worshipped except You, You
created me and I am Your servant and I abide to Your covenant and promise as best I
can, I take refuge in You from the evil of which I committed. I acknowledge Your
favor upon me and I acknowledge my sin, so forgive me, for verily none can forgive
sin except You.
May Allah The Almighty guide is, forgive all our sins, help us to stay firm on the
right path and unite all of us with our family and friends in His Jannat-ul-Firdaus.

10-Simple Steps To Be Achay Sathi
Step 1:
Say, “A-úthu billáhi minash shaytánir rajeem. Bismilláhir rahmánir
raheem. (



)
Step 2:
In Your Heart, Make A Decision To Be Achay Sathi.
Step 3:
Find A Quiet Spot And Do Deep Thinking And Develop A
Muslim Psychology By Doing Self-Evaluation Of Every Action
That You Can RememberHonestly Evaluate Your Entire Life!
Remind Yourself Of The Purpose Of Life Which Is To
“Worship” Allah, Pass The Test, And Go Back To Jannah! To
Do This, We Must Worship Allah (SWT) The Way Allah (SWT)
Has Told Us In Quran & Follow Sunnah/Hadiths! Nothing Else
In Life Should Take Precedence! Not Money. Not Work. Not
Any Person. Nothing! Keep In Mind And Make A Firm
Commitment That Going Forward You Will ONLY Do WHAT
Allah (SWT) Has Asked You To Do So and HOW He Has Asked
You To It, Not The Way YOU Want OR Desire OR Wish! Going
forward focus on this aspect for every action of your life
before proceeding!
Compiled and Prepared by AchaySathi.com Page 24
Step 4:
Write Down Two “To-Do” Lists Of All Things You Want To Do
To Feel Accomplished In This World (Islamic and Non-Islamic).
These Are Things That Will Make You Feel Successful In This
World And Hereafter!
Lists Should Be Realistic and Short. Try To Keep To 5-10 Points
Each As These Are Your Major “Life Goals” So Keep Them
General Because They Are Your “Long-Term” Life Goals.
Then, going forward every night, make a list of 3-10 things per
day to achieve and work towards your Two Major Goals:
Islamic and Non-Islamic. For example, if one of your goal is to
write an Islamic book, first you will research, then write each
chapter slowly and then edit, print, and so on… cannot do all
in one day so break them down over weeks, months or even
years. If your goal is to go travel the world, then you may
want to decide which countries, when and decide on
financials accordingly, etc..
Step 5:
Stop Eating Haram Foods And Start Eating Healthy And Start
Exercising To Take Care Of Your Body! Then:
Learn How To Do Ghusl and Wudu Properly and Correctly!
Start Praying! Pray On-Time, Complete, Slowly, and Correctly!
Learn Everything You Can About Praying Properly, What To
Say, When To Say It, How To Say It, Etc.!
Compiled and Prepared by AchaySathi.com Page 25
Do NOT Procrastinate! Don’t Be Lazy! Allah (SWT) Does Not
Like Lazy People!
Just Out Of The Blue, One Night, Set The Alarm 1 Hour Before
Fajr Time, Wake Up And Do Tahajjud Prayer And Cry To Allah
(SWT). Tell Allah (SWT) Everything That You Have Been
Feeling, Thinking, Planning, and Wanting To Do And Ask
Allah’s Help To Accomplish Your Long-Term Goals!
Tell Allah (SWT) That You Will Do Your Best Towards Your
Major Goals and For Building Your “Character”, And Ask Allah
(SWT) To Help You! Ask Allah To Forgive All Your Past
Mistakes And Decide Never To Do Them AgainStart Fresh!
Do The Fajr, Recite Surah Yaseen, Do Ishraq Prayer And Do
Lots Of Dua’s.
Going Forward Make This A Ritual. Remember Without
Allah’s Help You CANNOT Do Anything! Treat Allah (SWT) As
Your Boss! From Now On, Every Night Do The Same! Give The
Full Report To The Boss! Explain Your Feelings, Your Thoughts,
Your Plans, Your Wishes, Your Desires, Why You Are Happy,
Why You Are Sad, And Everything and Anything That You
Want Allah’s Help With. Report Back To Allah (SWT) Every
Night! Discuss Your Weaknesses, Strength, Problems, Issues,
Failures, Successes, And Just Share With Allah (SWT) Anything
You Want To Talk About!
If You Made A Mistake, Ask Allah (SWT) To Forgive You and
Start Again! Never Give Up OR Think Allah (SWT) Is Not
Listening Because He Listens To Everything You Think OR Say!
He Will Give You Whatever He Thinks You Should Have At Any
Given Time OR Not. If He Does Give You Thank Him. If He
Doesn’t Beg For It and Continue To Have Patience.
Compiled and Prepared by AchaySathi.com Page 26
Remember, Allah (SWT) Will Give You When And IF Allah
(SWT) Knows It’s Good For You! If He Doesn’t, Have Patience
But Never Give Up As This Could Also Be The TEST!
Step 6:
Start Believing Strongly That Allah Forgives Anyone For
Anything For As Long As We Shall Live! If You Notice You Are
Falling Back Or Going Back To Old Ways, Just Start Again!
Accept Responsibility, Feel Remorse, Ask For Forgiveness And
Know That As Soon As You Ask, Allah (SWT) Accepts!
Shaytan Wants You To Doubt Allah (SWT). Do Not Doubt
Because In Quran Allah (SWT) Has Said That He Will Forgive IF
We Repent Sincerely And Not Do It Again, Even If It Is Many
Times Because Allah (SWT) Knows Our Intentions And He
Knows We Are Not Made Perfect!
He Knows This Because He Made Us! No Matter What, Do
NOT Give Up! Never Forget, Shaytan’s Job Is To Let You Go
Astray! Shaytan Wants You To Give Up And Not Be Good!
Shaytan Will Make You Think That Allah (SWT) Won’t Forgive
You But Allah (SWT) Is Much Superior And Loves His Servants
And Wants To Forgive You And Wants You To Go To Heaven.
It Is Shaytan Who Wants You To Go To Hell With Him. So, Do
NOT Fall Into Shaytan’s Negative Thinking Trap!
General Rule Of Thumb Is That If You Give Up OR Think Allah
Won’t Forgive You Even If It Is After 100 Gazillionth Time,
Then Shaytan Wins! All Achay Sathi’s Must Live Life With ONE-
Goal Only: To Beat Shaytan!
Compiled and Prepared by AchaySathi.com Page 27
Step 7:
Do Not Be Shy. Search For Correct Islamic Ways For All Actions
In Life, Then Focus On Applying Them In Your Life.
For Example, Start By Implementing Fard Prayers Then Slowly
Add Sunnah And Eventually Add Extra Nafils. Start Doing
Prayers Slowly And Correctly. Then, Learn The Meaning Of
Your Entire Prayers and While Reciting Arabic Words, Think
About The Meanings AS-IF You Are Talking To Allah (SWT)!
(This Is How You Will Get “Connected” To Allah (SWT)! You
MUST Start Doing This OR Else!
Take Your Time When Talking To Allah (SWT) With Feelings
and Sincerity DURING Prayers and DURING Dua’s After The
Prayers Become Consistent In Your Islamic Activities
Because Allah (SWT) Likes Consistent And Systematic People.
Whatever You Do, Do It Most Of The Time, No Matter What!
By Doing This, You Will Start To Develop An Islamic Character
That Is Unique To You! People Will Start Noticing And
Eventually Start Respecting Your Schedules Remember, You
Are Doing This For Allah (SWT) and Not To Make People
Happy Or To Show Them! But, Your Schedule Cannot Be
Hidden From People Around You So That’s Why They Will
Know And See A Big Change In You! Let Them! Ignore Them.
Just Keep Doing What You Have Started. For Example: If
Someone Asks You To Do Something Else When You Should Be
Praying, Then Tell Them You Cannot Because It Is Your Prayer
Time!
Compiled and Prepared by AchaySathi.com Page 28
Step 8:
Start Memorizing All Kalimas.
Start Memorizing Short Surahs At First. Then, Eventually
Memorize The Whole Last Chapter Of Quran With Meaning! If
You Can, Try To Memorize The Whole Quran But At The Very
Minimum, Memorize The Last Chapter! Do NOT Stop Until You
Do!
Start Memorizing All Dua’s On Our Site And The Dua’s That
Are In Hadiths To Be The Heaviest On The Scale On The Day Of
Judgement They Are All Listed on AchaySathi.com!
Memorize Them All With Meaning!
Going Forward, You Do Dua In Arabic, Think About The
Meaning In Your Heart/Mind! This Way You Will Be
“Connected” To Allah (SWT)!
Remember: When You Know What You Are Saying, That Is The
ONLY Time, You Will Have The Sincerity and The Feelings!
Remember To Recite As Per Our Site’s Information Especially
The Following:
Surah Yaseen After Fajr Prayers and Last 3 Verses Of Surah
Hashr.
Surah Rehman After Asr
Surah Waqaiyah After Maghrib
Surah Sajdah, Surah Mulk, Last 2 Verses Of Surah Baqrah and
Last 3 Verses Of Surah Hashr After Isha.
Compiled and Prepared by AchaySathi.com Page 29
Step 9:
Start Learning The Sunnah And Hadiths and Start Applying
Them In Your Life! Start By One and Master It! Then, Go To
The 2
nd
, Then 3
rd
…and So On! Don’t Stop As There Are
Thousands! Keep Going Until You Die! Start By Simple And
Short One’s! Then, Move To The Big Ones and Complicated
Ones.
Start Fasting and Giving Charity, The Sunnah Way! Learn
About Them and Add To Your Life! Never Cheat, Lie and
Never Defraud Anyone! Be Good To Others.
Step 10:
Effective Achay Sathi Is Consistent And Systematic! Allah
(SWT) Likes Go-Getters and Doer’s! He Likes Action-Oriented
People. Allah (SWT) Does Not Like Lazy or Procrastinators!
Never Give Up. Continue Trying. Always Be Ready To Take
Note Of Shaytan, That He Will Try To Make You Fail Every
Time He Gets The Opportunity! When He Sees That You Are
Tired OR Lazy OR Delaying He Will Come Even With Higher
Force These Are The Times You Should Find Inner Energy To
“Just Do It!” First, Then Rest!
Post Your Major Goals And Daily Goals In Your Phone and On
Your Room Wall and In Your Brain! Make A Mission
Statement: Which Should Read: “I’m Good and I am Focused
To Listen To Allah (SWT) And Will NOT Let Shaytan Win!”.
Keep Practicing It. Practice Makes Perfect!
Compiled and Prepared by AchaySathi.com Page 30
Remember! No One Is perfect! You Will Become Lazy OR
Want To Give Up Every Time That Happens, Read Or Think
About Your Goals and Your New Personal Mission Statement!
May Allah (SWT) Makes You Successful In This World and The
Hereafter! Ameen.
Learn To Be Achay Sathi!
